EuroMotorcars Bethesda is dedicated to making sure that your Mercedes-Benz is running as smooth as ever even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our dedicated team is ready to repair your vehicle and facilitate your regular scheduled maintenance at any 10k-mile interval. 

In order to assist our customers with the anxiety of bringing their Mercedes-Benz to our dealership, we have implemented several procedures to put you at ease. Our dedicated service team is diligently cleaning and sanitizing customer areas as well as all vehicles.

Contact-Less Drop Off Method

We understand the hesitation to visit the dealership and would like to remind you that you have the option of dropping of your Mercedes-Benz using our secure key drop box located in our covered service lane. Just make an appointment online or call our customer service team at 301-215 6060 and drop your vehicle off in our service lane. Add your contact and vehicle information on the envelope and drop it in the box. We will call you as soon as we can to update you on our findings.

Complimentary Pick-Up and Delivery

After scheduling your service appointment with our customer service team, a EuroMotorcars Bethesda representative will come to your residence or workplace to pick up your vehicle (Some restrictions apply - Contact dealer for details). When the service is completed, we provide easy online payment and will deliver the car back to you. EuroMotorcars Bethesda is using this temporary procedure to assist customers who are not comfortable visiting the dealership and we ask that you please contact us a couple of days in advance as we only have limited appointments for this option.



 

Safety Measures

EuroMotorcars Bethesda has implemented several safety measures to ensure the health of our customers and employees. We want to ensure that you can have peace-of-mind when it comes to bringing your Mercedes-Benz in for service. This is what we are doing:

Employees wear masks and gloves and are committed to social-distancing

Using protective covers for your steering wheel and seat 

Disinfecting of the dashboard, seats, middle console, steering wheel, doors, etc

Sanitizing customer and employee areas several times a day

Repositioning our customer lounge seating to reflect social-distancing guidelines

Marking floors and other areas to help with distancing

Your vehicle and keys are also disinfected after the repair or maintenance is done before we return it to you.
